I painted the station wagon twice. The first time was in Chicago in 1988. In 1991 I was living in Sarasota and the original paint was falling off and looking bad. So, I painted it again with brighter colors. That lasted about a year and the Florida sun faded most of the reds and yellows. The car became too dangerous to drive and was eventually towed away for scrap metal in 1995.
