Jeff Whipple was commissioned by the City of Jacksonville to create two posters for the Jackaonville Jazz Festival 2018
The portrait of Ulysses represents the playing of jazz and Liz represents the audience enjoying it. They are linked
by a swirl of musical notes and the artist's symbol for "life". The notes and symbols go through the whole range of the color spectrum.
