After grinding the old paint off the car with a power sander in blazing, 95+ degree heat, Pschell primed and based painted the car. Then she used stencils to put the clouds and lightning on - as she is in the photo above. Finally, Pschell and Jeff put the top layers of purple paint over the blue to finish it.
